The Chair and Secretariat rotate every two years. The Chair fosters collaboration and guides joint initiatives. The Secretariat manages administration, communications, events, and finances.
IARU holds regular meetings for its Presidents, Senior Officers, and Working Committees. These meetings shape the Alliance’s direction and foster collaboration across member universities.
